About Us

Aims and Objectives

Attention to detail is important to us and therefore it is essential that all wishes and preferences of service users are noted and considered.

We are committed to high quality of care and look to continuously improve in the level of care and support we provide.

We employ quality workforce as we believe provision of a good quality service is dependent on the quality of staff. All our staff are trained in accordance with the national occupational standards for the care industry set by the National Training Organisation and Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Values

At the core of our business are the following values:

We act with honesty and integrity in all that we do. We will do the right thing, even if it’s not the easy thing.

Working together for service users

Service users come first in everything we do.

Respect and Dignity

We value every person – whether service user, their families or carers, or staff – as an individual, respect their aspirations and commitments in life, and seek to understand their priorities, needs, abilities and limits.

Quality of Care

We are committed to quality of care. We have high standards, providing efficient and effective services. We strive to get the basics of quality of care – safety, effectiveness and service user experience right every time.

Compassion

We ensure that compassion is central to the care we provide and respond with humanity and kindness to each person’s pain, distress, anxiety or need improving lives.

Diversity

We are committed to fair access to services for all of our service users.
